Hugh Wood (1932-2021)
Bio
Hugh Wood was born in Lancashire. He studied History at Oxford but music was a second love. He moved to London and took lessons from Milner, Hamilton, and Seiber. He composed and taught composition at the Royal Academy, Liverpool, and Cambridge.
