Christian Sinding (1856-1941)
Bio
Christian August Sinding was born in Buskerud, Norway. He studied at the Leipzig Conservatory and was considered the heir to fellow countryman Edvard Grieg. He spent a year in America at the Eastman School but spent much of his life in Germany.
